Welcome to Taylor Fascial
Taylor Fascial was created by Carrie Taylor BSc., RMT, LMT, CPT, CYT, YACEP in 2001 to combine Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and osseous work into a highly effective treatment strategy. This style of treatment balances the patient’s nervous system and frees them of pain and stress as well as realigning the entire body and its systems.

Carrie’s unique approach incorporates balancing of the fascial trains, musculoskeletal system, viscera, and most importantly the nervous system, to achieve balance and pain relief for the patient. Breathing is improved, and with a decrease in the fight or flight response(sympathetic), the patient will also experience an increased functioning of the rest and digest response (parasympathetic). Her treatment sessions are her own style of myofascial/osteopathic, joint mobilizations, and trigger point work with stretching if needed (no oil or lotion). Patient can expect to wear a tank top and shorts or leggings. Carrie works within your pain tolerance, but as deep as your body will allow to relax your nervous system and decrease your fight or flight response. She will likely recommend some strengthening and stretching exercises to help with your particular issue if needed.
